At Pier One Nightspot, we offer our customers a managed cloak room service. If you would like to book your belongings into our cloakroom, you will be presented with a numbered ticket and your possessions will be safely and securely stored throughout the evening.

If you misplace or unfortunately lose any of your possessions, from keys and mobiles to coats, please let a member of our bar or door staff know. Our team will search the bar and dance floor areas for your missing items. However, if nothing is found, you are welcome to leave a contact number for our team to contact you should your property be found.

At Pier One Night Spot, we have a committed team of staff that are available to assist with any lost property queries. If your lost property is found, you can contact our team throughout the week during the day and early evening. If you have left a contact number or address, our team will be in contact with you. Our staff will hold your property in a safe location for you to collect at a time that is convenient for you.

Unfortunately, Pier One Night Spot is unable to take any responsibility for any items lost on our premises. If any of your possessions are taken or misplaced, no blame can be placed on the staff and personnel of Pier One Nightspot.
